Lou Gherig: Lou Gherig was an MLB player for the yankees, but then was diagnosed by a unknown disease called ALS, he was known for how many hits he had. Lou was best budds with Babe Ruth too.

Effects:
The effects of ALS is parilysem, cramps, drooling, Ankle And feet swelling, and weight loss so be carful, that will get anoyingl!!


Treatments:
there is only one too two treatments for ALS one of them is Rilouze Which is a medicine to treat ALS, The only other thing to treat it is therapy but that probally dosen't do much

What To Do:


ALS is getting more and more common, and if a family member is born with it then you have a better chance to get it. Stay clean and be helpfull
